Design and construction of rental suites in the center of Athens. An old building of small industry usage converted to a modern and comfort residential building for rental purpose.

Our Solutions

Our team managed to complete the project on time in order to be ready for the summer period. The old building had no plumbing network so bathrooms and kitchen were the most difficult part to design. Special care was given to take advantage of the maximum daylight that was possible. The final result makes us proud about our efforts to this special project.
