Our Solutions

The project involves the construction of 5 luxury (zero
energy) houses in a complex located in the area of Alyki.
The complex is situated just 200m away from the
beach, while the distance to the airport is 4km and to
the Port 12km.. Furthermore, a grocery, a supermarket,
a bakery and a coffee shop can be found in the immediate
vicinity of the houses.
Each of the houses will be developed over 2 floors.
Buildings 1, 3 and 5 will include 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,
a 1st floor balcony and an open kitchen-living
room while buildings 2 and 4 will include two bedrooms
and 3 bathrooms. Each property will have an
area of 110-130sq.m, developed in a private plot area
of 190-265sq.m.
The house’s exterior design is based on the unique
Cycladic architecture while the interior design incorporates
more contemporary architectural elements.
The energy efficiency rating of the properties will be
“A+” with solar panels. The architectural design ensures
each property’s privacy, providing also a private
garden and entrance.
